Shoe Football November 3, 2010

After completing their group requirments for their merit badges and planning their next campout, (To be held December 10-11th at Lake Ray Roberts), they decided to have a game of shoe football. Everyone had a great time and no one got hurt. Note the covering of a few faces as the smell of a dozen, 12-13 year olds with their shoes off at the end of the day was not good. Eeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww

Merit Badge and Cub Scout Collecting Opportunity

The Mid-Cities Stamp Club is hosting a Stamp Expo on November 13 and 14 in Grapevine and honoring the 100th Anniversary of Scouting with a special issue cachet.

Everyone is invited. Admission and parking is free.

This is a perfect opportunity for Cub Scouts to work on collections and Boy Scouts to work on Stamp Collecting Merit Badge. Scouts and their families can come as a group or individually.

There will plenty of FREE stamps given to youth to start or enhance their stamp collections.
